  1. This video was very inspirational. It’s amazing how you can be that young and say a speech that well in front of many people. Though, he repeated himself many times he still kept it flowing very well. I very much enjoyed it.

  2. I also think that Dalton's speech is powerful because he can project his voice to everybody. When he says "Do you believe in me" he is asking the people if they believe he can be successful in life.

  3. He is very tough to go up on that stage and say stuff like that in front on about 20,000 people! And he asks "Do you believe in me?" because he wants people to believe in him and everyone else. I enjoyed it, but i started laughing on some parts of it. I hope we can watch this in class!

  4. I think he is very brave to go and speak to over 20,000 people.I know i would'nt be able to do that! This boy asks"Do you belive in me?" Beacuse if adults around him didn't belive in him then he wouldn't have had gone up in frount of around 20,000 people. We need to have people belive in us to do some of the stuff.I truthfuly enjoyed this.It was very brave of him to speak to many people around the commnity.

  6. He is so courageous to go up on that stage and deliver that speech to 20,000 people. The way he projected his voice to all those people was so powerful. I was definitely inspired . He asked "do you believe in me?" because he wants the people watching to believe that they can have a successful life and to believe in him and others.

  7. Teachers need to believe in themselves. They need to believe in their students. Then the students will learn more and achieve more. I think his speech is powerful because he is standing up for what he believes in. I also think it’s powerful because he’s in 5th grade and 5th graders don’t usually give powerful speeches like he did.

  8. I think this speech is very inspirational! It's also very powerful because it's coming from a kid. It is shown that he is very brave for standing up in front of 20,000 adults. The way he says everything is so loud and he's showing emotion! When he says "Do you believe in me" he just wants people to know that he can have a successful life and to believe in people especially kids!

  10. WOW! What an inspiration! I can’t believe a 5th grader could recite a speech in front of 20,000 people! Dalton is such an inspiration to teachers, students, anyone! It’s really special when something like that happens. When Dalton says “Do you believe in me?” he’s asking everyone if he can make it to the stars, if he can make it to collage/the work life. I believe that Dalton and kids like him will make it!! This speech was very powerful and I very much enjoyed it!!!!

  11. I thought that Dalton’s speech was very impressive, encouraging to kids, teachers, parents, everyone. It was very empowering to me because he kept asking, “Do you believe in me?” His question makes me think he can do many things and do well in life if you support me. I know Dalton can achieve anything if he works at his goals. If Dalton can do it, so can all of us. I wish I could get up in front of all those people and not be nervous.

  12. I think when Dalton says “Do you believe in me?” he means do you think I am telling the truth? What I am saying right now, cause i sure know i am saying the truth and I think his speech is powerful because he is taking in front of how many teachers? He is being himself and not worrying about a single thing. Everyone likes him that way and the whole video is great! I could’ve never done what he did now never mind in fifth grade

  13. I think he means do you believe in me as in “do you believe I can do this, do you believe I can stand in front of all these people and speak?” I think what makes it so powerful is that he’s not afraid to speak his mind and say all those things. I know I would be scared. It’s so inspiring. I actually liked it a lot. It was fun to watch, but some parts I didn’t like. For example, I didn’t like the end. He is very brave. He shows courage. He wants kids to be good and successful in school

  14. It amazes me the way Dalton can talk with such empowerment and be a 5th grader, I could only dream of having those mature speaking skills to me he was an inspiration!!
I feel that Dalton is trying to get a strong point across, When he says “do you believe in me? ”. He is basically saying that if you believe in all including yourselves and All those around you believe, anything can be achieved anything. No matter what, No matter where just believe and you will get far in life.
In my opinion Dalton’s speech was so powerful because he proved he was powerful just being a keynote speaker in front of more than 20,000 educators. The people that teach you a 5th grader was teaching! Dalton reminds me of Martin Luther King Jr. with powerful speakings skills. In my opinion he is the best keynote speaker my age i have ever heard. His speech will continue to amaze me.

  15. Dsltons speech was amazing I can't believe he memorizied that amount of words I know I couldn't. When he says "Do you believe In Me" He means do you think that we could graduate High School and go on to running America. His speech is powerful because he is only in fifth grade. He also is very confident with himself and for that reason I think he is a strong speaker. Dalton really impressed me and inspired me to try hard to be sucessful.

  16. I think when Dalton says “Do you believe in me?” he means do you think I am telling the truth? Do you think I am able to do what I am accountable for? Do you believe that I am talking in front of all you teachers? He wants them probably to see what he is able to do and how he feels about himself and his education. I could never of spoke in front of all 20,000 people like he did, I never could especially in fifth grade! I loved his speech.

  17. When Dalton asks "Do you believe in me?" I think he wants the teachers to believe in what he can do. Also what other students can do. Daltons speech was so powerful because he talked infront of thousands Of people. His speach wa powerful because she was brave to talk in front of that many people I would be terrified.

He had a speech and he spoke in front of his school and other people that amount of people was 2,000 people.
